Bishwa is an international consultant expert, he has over 20 years of experience in the field of research and development, mainly in the area of environment, climate change, green growth, REDD+, climate resilient development, WASH, clean and green technology.

He has completed more than 6 dozen of research assignments for several multilateral/bilateral donors and governments including: ADB, UNICEF, USAID, UNESCAP, AfD, UNCDF, UNPFN, UNDP, EC, World Bank, PtF, SDC, DFID, DANIDA, NORAD, CARE, WWF, UNHABITAT, ILO, Redd Barna, GIZ, SCF and UNHCR, in South Asia, East-Asia and Pacific Region and Africa.
