This assignment provided context to the Second Performance Review of the Green Climate Fund by building on the policy analysis conducted in the framework of the private sector evaluation (more information below), and assessed three key elements of the Fund’s strategic operations: alignment of its policies with COP guidance, progress against the targets set out in its Updated Strategic Plan and also progress in the development of its policy framework
