Review of the Overall Coherency of GCF Policies

The purpose of this assignment was to conduct a cross-cutting examination of the Green Climate Fund policies, to assess overall coherence, progress in policy implementation, and policy impact on GCF operations.

The objective was to derive insights into overall policy coherence, implementation and impact looking across the entire policy suite of the Fund, rather than reviewing any specific individual policy in detail.

The overall policy review was designed to complement subject-specific policy reviews and evaluations.
