Safeguards Assessment in Viet Nam

The objective of this assignment was to assess of the practical implementation of Viet Nam’s legal framework related to safeguards [access to information, anti-corruption, access to justice, tenure] through a mixture of desk-based analysis and stakeholder consultations at the central and provincial levels. As part of the final product, recommendations were provided on how identified gaps could be addressed to ensure that safeguards were effectively implemented and enforced.
